1. Information we process
- Account details — your name, email address, company or store name, and phone number.
- Case information — infringing URLs, original-work descriptions, evidence files you upload, and the notices generated from them.
- Transaction references — payment confirmations, order identifiers, and license status. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
- Support communications — helpdesk conversations, tickets, and related correspondence.
- Technical data — pages visited, approximate country, referrer, and device information used to maintain security and reliability.
2. How information is used
- To authenticate your account and provide the services you request.
- To generate, store, deliver, and track your enforcement documents.
- To confirm payments, manage licenses, prevent misuse, and provide support.
- To maintain and improve platform security and performance.
- To send service-related emails such as payment confirmations, notice delivery updates, and license expiry reminders.
3. Disclosure to third parties
Case information — including your contact details and evidence links, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) — is shared with the platforms, hosting providers, and other recipients necessary to complete the takedown actions you request. We also use a small number of service providers (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, and AI document drafting) that process information on our behalf under contractual safeguards.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
4. Analytics and advertising measurement
We use first-party analytics to understand how the site is used and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. This data is visible only to site administrators and is not shared with advertising networks.
Separately, if you arrive through a Google ad, we report your visit and any purchase to Google Ads so we can measure whether our advertising works. The data reported is the ad click (via a click identifier), the page visited, and the purchase amount and order reference — not your account details. It is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy, for the purpose of advertising measurement. Visitors from regions that require a prior consent choice are not measured for advertising.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained for legitimate operational, contractual, and legal purposes — for example, keeping a record of notices sent on your behalf. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and row-level database security designed to ensure that only you (and authorized administrators) can access your account and case records.
6. Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible information through the support channel in your account dashboard. You can edit your profile details at any time from your personal area. Where deletion is requested, we may retain limited records where required by law or for legitimate dispute purposes.
7. International transfers
The service is operated using infrastructure that may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the service or by email before they take effect.
9. Contact
Privacy questions and requests can be sent through the support channel in your account dashboard or via the support page on this site.
